Shipping

All orders ship from our Canadian warehouse via Canada Post, Purolator, or freight carrier depending on size and destination. Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST on business days typically ship same day when the items are in stock.

Transit times (approximate)

  • Prairie provinces (AB, SK, MB): 1–3 business days
  • Ontario / Quebec: 2–4 business days
  • British Columbia: 2–4 business days
  • Maritimes (NB, NS, PE, NL): 3–6 business days
  • Territories (YT, NT, NU): Varies — quoted per order

Shipping costs

  • Free standard shipping on orders over $250 CAD (before tax), most of Canada
  • Flat rate $24.95 on orders under $250, most provinces
  • Remote & northern locations: Quoted per order
  • Rush / next-day: Available — contact us for a quote
  • Large / freight items (walk-in panels, fabrication): Quoted per order

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with the tracking number. Logged-in account holders can also view tracking in their order history.

Returns

We want you to get the right part. If it's not what you need, here's how returns work.

Eligible for return

  • Unused and unopened parts in original packaging
  • Returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Stock (non-custom, non-special-order) items

Not returnable

  • Custom fabrication
  • Parts cut to size (custom gaskets, wire, etc.)
  • Electrical parts that have been installed or wired
  • Special-order items clearly marked as non-returnable

Restocking fee

Most returns are processed with a 15% restocking fee to cover inspection and repackaging. The fee is waived if we shipped the wrong part or the part arrived damaged — in those cases, full refund including return freight.

How to start a return

  1. Email returns@partsgram.com or call us with your order number
  2. We'll issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number
  3. Ship the part back with the RMA on the outside of the box
  4. Refund issued within 5 business days of receiving the return

Damaged or incorrect parts

If your part arrives damaged or we shipped the wrong item, let us know within 5 business days of delivery. We'll send a replacement at our cost and arrange return pickup for the wrong part. No restocking fees apply.

Warranty claims

Warranty coverage varies by part and manufacturer — see each product page for specifics. If a part fails within its warranty period, contact us with your order number and a description of the failure. We handle the warranty claim process so you don't have to deal with the manufacturer directly.
